Meet Anna Saltar! Anna is the Project Manager for the Consulting division. She has over 15 years of customer service experience and has also worked in a skilled nursing facility in the admissions department. Her organizational skills are top-notch and she is an integral part of the Consulting team. We recently asked her some questions to learn more about her job as well as her favorite foods. Check out the interview below!
1. How long have you been with LeaderStat?
It will be 3 years on February 20!
2. What is your position now and what are your primary responsibilities?
I am the project manager ("team mom") for the consulting division. I run the administrative and back-office operations of our team including scheduling, travel planning, negotiating proposals, preparing work plans/timelines/reports/documents needed for projects, budgeting, billing, and more.
3. What does your typical day look like?
Lots of coffee and communication!
4. What do you love most about your job?
I am always learning something new and I love the implementation process of new engagements.
5. What do you enjoy least?
Not being onsite with clients and my team members.
6. Tell us about a great experience you have had in this role, perhaps how you saw a great benefit from a client using consulting.
We engaged a new client about 1.5 years ago with a HUGE undertaking of trying to help them abate 20+ IJs and get them back into substantial compliance. After almost 6 months of our team onsite around the clock assisting the client, they had a successful survey and were back in compliance. It was an exhausting project, and something I had never assisted with before - but it was educational and rewarding... for us and the client.
7. Tell us about your favorite food and something you love to do on the weekends.
My favorite thing to do on the weekends is try new restaurants or breweries with my boyfriend. I absolutely love to eat - especially comfort food - and would never turn down a short rib, cheese plate, tacos, fries with multiple dipping sauces, or a hot dog!
