Meet LeaderStat at Argentum 2018

ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Two of our own will be going on the road next week to the 2018 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference in San Diego, CA (May 14-16). They will be happily manning the LeaderStat booth #736 and looking forward to meeting current clients and consultants in person and making some new friends. Argentum 2018 is going to be spectacular. The format has changed from years past, and according to the organizers, “will empower you to create an individualized learning experience that will provide opportunities for you to meet your goals.” The conference aims to help you learn how to run your facility more efficiently, become a more effective executive director, and connect with the leading thinkers in the senior living industry.

A GREAT TIME

The conference will have peer-to-peer discussion groups, but also fantastic mainstage speakers like Jonathan Mildenhall, former CMO of Airbnb and VP of global advertising strategy at Coca-Cola discussing, “Brand, Culture, and the Power of Purpose; ” and celebrity spokesperson for A Place for Mom, Joan Lunden. If human speakers don’t interest you, you’ll have a chance to interact with ‘Sophia’ the most advanced robot to date, and the world’s first humanoid celebrity. The expo will have over 300 exhibitors with products and services to help with day-to-day facility needs, and long-term goals. That’s where you will find us!

OUR WHO’S WHO

So who will you find at our booth? Anthony Gamache, the Recruiting Manager for LeaderStat’s Arizona office, and Kendra Nicastro, Director of Business Development, who works out of the Columbus, OH, office. Anthony is responsible for account management, executive search, and leading the Arizona recruiting team. He’s been in the senior living industry since 2007, and has made hundreds of career placements. He’s hoping to see some of his successful clients at the conference! Kendra oversees marketing and business development for LeaderStat. She has twenty years of experience in brand marketing, market research and competitive analysis, customer experience and relationship management, digital marketing, and community relations and sales training. Don’t let all that intimidate you, though, she’s very approachable and may give you extra giveaway prizes if you ask about her two great kids.

PRIZES

If meeting Anthony and Kendra isn’t incentive enough to come to our booth, perhaps we can lure you in with prizes. Our grand prize is a Bose wireless speaker, and the first 100 people to visit each day will be entered into a drawing for $50 Amazon gift cards. Don’t worry, no one will leave empty-handed.
