Katie Bock is LeaderStat's amazing Data Management Coordinator and works in our Ohio office. She has a fantastic smile and manages thousands of resumes every year. We recently asked Katie some questions about her role at LeaderStat and what she enjoys doing on the weekends. Check out her answers below!
- How long have you been with LeaderStat?
I've been with LeaderStat for 5 years. - What is your role and have you had any other positions at LeaderStat?
I’ve been a Database Management Coordinator for all 5 years. - What are your primary responsibilities?
My ongoing (and never-ending) project is to make sure all the data in our massive database is clean and accurate. I do a lot of research on companies and spend a good deal of time scouring the internet for qualified candidates for our open jobs. - What does your typical day look like?
All the resumes that come in from various job boards come to me first, so I spend the first half of my day entering all those into the database and distributing them to the appropriate recruiters. Then the rest of the day is spent on various research and cleaning-up-data projects. - What do you love most about your job?
I’m so thankful to work for such a supportive company with some really amazing people. And I love that I get to use my librarian skills every day! - What is your favorite thing to do on the weekends?
My favorite thing to do on the weekends is to go out with my husband and find a forest to hike around in. But if the weather’s yucky, we’re happy to just lounge on the couch together watching reruns of Parks and Rec and The Office.
