THE AWARD GIVER

They combine client satisfaction surveys with online profile ratings and testimonials, and administer more staffing agency client and talent satisfaction surveys than any other firm in the world - more than 1.2 million per year. THE AWARD

ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award is the only award in the U.S. and Canada that recognizes staffing agencies that have proven superior service quality based exclusively on validated client and candidate ratings and testimonials. Firms receiving this recognition have obtained at least a 50% Net Promoter® score, indicating that they provide exceptionally high levels of service to their staffing clients and job seekers. LeaderStat received satisfaction scores from clients and placement candidates of 9 or 10 out of 10, which is significantly higher than the industry’s average.

We are always thrilled to be recognized for our work, but we are particularly proud of the metrics that come with this award. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.2 times more likely to be completely satisfied; and candidates who have been placed by winning agencies are 1.7 times more likely to be completely satisfied, compared to those working with non-winning agencies. In other words, we are consistently finding the right person for the right job, and both our clients and candidates are highly satisfied with our work.
