Looking for an RNAC / MDS Coordinator for a medium-sized SNF just outside of Milwaukee. Qualified candidates will have at least one (1) year of experience working with the MDS/PPS process. You need to have a proven track record of maximizing RUG scores and posses a thorough understanding of all regulatory requirements. Facility is a fast-paced rehab focused building, so comfort with a high volume of Medicare patients is important. It's an inviting building in an upscale area, with great last survey.
